Today, Austin Band builds outdoor projects with Varela Improvements (MHIC #166618), the licensed home improvement company owned by Oscar Andres Varela Fernandez in Gaithersburg. Belvedere Decks is the next step: a separate company focused entirely on outdoor work, built alongside Varela Improvements to expand what the two of us can offer Maryland homeowners.
