Belvedere Decks

Your exact deck price,
same visit.

Most deck companies make you wait a week for a number. We measure your deck, build your estimate on the iPad in front of you, and hand you an exact price before we leave. One clear number for the deck we recommend, and a straight answer about why that is the one we would build for you.

Two ways to get a new deck

Only pay for what your deck actually needs.

Most Maryland decks built between 1985 and 2010 sit on a frame with decades of life left, under boards and railings that are done. We inspect honestly and match the project to the deck, not to our invoice.

Deck Resurfacing

Starting at $8,000

Your frame stays. New composite boards only, or boards plus new railings for the complete transformation. Two levels, explained in plain English.

New Deck Builds

What Decks Really Cost

Real numbers

Most deck companies will not publish project pricing. We do. Read it before anyone sits in your kitchen, including what cheap bids leave out.

Why homeowners choose us

The parts of a deck you can't see at the barbecue.

Prices in writing, before we visit

Read what decks really cost before anyone sits in your kitchen. Most will not put a number in writing before they are standing in your kitchen.

Code-first construction

On a new build: footings dug below the frost line, waterproof flashing where the deck meets your house, and steel connectors with every fastener hole filled. On a resurfacing, we inspect every one of those and tell you honestly what we find. These are the details cheap bids quietly skip, and exactly what we show you on your own deck.

10-year workmanship warranty

In writing, on every project, on top of the 25 to 50 year manufacturer warranties on TimberTech and Trex boards.

Permits handled, start to finish

Building permits, county inspections, and HOA paperwork are our job, not yours. Read our permit guide.

How it works

From first call to finished deck.

1. Call or bookTell us about the deck by phone, or pick a time on the live calendar. Either way, you get an honest price range up front.
2. The visitWe walk the deck together and tell you what we find, good and bad. Then we measure and build your actual price on the iPad while you watch.
3. Our recommendationYou get one clear number for the deck we recommend: the boards, railings, and edge trim we would put on our own house, and why. Usually that is Prime+, because it honestly looks that good and the money is better spent on the structure underneath. If you want to see what a different board line would do to the number, we can show you that too, same visit. See the boards and colors before the visit. The same code-perfect structure sits under every deck we build. We never cut the safety.
4. The buildPermits and inspections handled, a clean site every night, and a final walkthrough on your finished deck.
